NIBIT Future - Data Warehouse & Data Mining

NIBIT4all manages a multi-dimensional data warehouse, including
report generators and tools for graphic / table analysis of data. Data
analysis is based on Oracle Discoverer, presented in a user-friendly
manner.

The data serve company management in analyzing past and present
activities, as well as in anticipating and planning future activities. The
software enables 100% control of income and expenses, and analysis of
each customer activities.

NIBIT Future manages a multi-dimensional data warehouse and a
graphical / table report generator for an in-depth business analysis. The
system processes and analyzes all types of data, from public
multi-annual data to a specified single document. Data is presented in a
user-friendly manner, and is used by company management to analyze
past and present performances, as well as future predictions. The
system enables an easy, highly-effective and informed management of
company operations. Information analysis is done by using the Oracle
Discoverer.
The system features flexible business models,
custom-made according to the client's needs.
NIBIT Future Information Cubes

NIBIT Future consists of information cubes which include current and
historical information in the following dimensions:

  • Items - up to 10 levels (default).
  • Branches - all branches, branch groups (franchised, fully-
    owned, etc.), branch types (within malls, small/large, and
    individual branches.
  • Customers - all customers, customer groups, customers
    divided by region, and individual customers.
  • Suppliers - all suppliers, type of expense (balance sheet), and
    individual suppliers.
  • Time - multi-annual, annual, quarterly / seasonal, monthly,
    weekly, daily.
  • Employees - all employees, or by employees and agents.

Data accumulated in Information Cubes

  • Purchasing - tools for analyzing purchases, purchasing
    recommendations, evaluation of  acquisition efficiency, meeting
    objectives, and more.
  • Stock - powerful stock management tools, depreciation
    measurement, stock value measurement, stock adjustment,
    and more.
  • Purchases vs. Sales - comparisons between periods,
    branches and categories, analysis of purchase efficiency vs.
    Sales, profitability analyses, and more.
  • Sales - sales and profitability analysis, analysis of customers
    and customer clubs, evaluation of effectiveness, Planning vs.
    Meeting objectives, analysis of agent sales, analysis of
    employee commissions, tools for evaluating diversity,
    branches comparison, and more.
  • Personnel - Labor Costs vs. Sales Turnover; profitability,
    personnel allocation, and more.
  • Planning - acquisition plans and sales objectives, Daily
