NIBIT Call Center - Ordering Center Management

NIBIT Call Center is a system for managing an Ordering Center
using the telephone and/or the Internet.
The system provides all services needed to process orders
including: receiving orders, transmitting orders to the branch or
warehouse and following-up on deliveries.

NIBIT Call-Centre may be integrated with other NIBIT products. The
software includes the following modules and processes:

Managing orders and clients

  • Locating and identifying customers by phone number, ID
    number or client number, including a mechanism to verify
    the details.
  • Managing customer clubs - including readily available,
    detailed information on previous purchases, customer
    preferences, accumulated points, account balance, a profile
    of discounts and special deals suitable to the customer.
  • Performing the sale - an advanced mechanism for locating
    and identifying items, including technical specifications and
    other relevant information, special prices for individual
    customers, stock status, supply dates and times, etc.
  • Routing orders to staff members.
  • Transmitting orders to warehouses - automatically
    transmitting orders to the warehouse closest to the
    customer location.
  • Follow-up on deliveries.

Statistics and control mechanisms

Managers and supervisors in the call center are provided with an
on-line tool for controlling all activities at the call center. These tools
include:  

  • Financial and quantitative information about orders received
    but not yet transmitted to warehouses.
  • Information about orders transmitted to warehouses but not
    yet (electronically) confirmed.
  • Confirmation of orders received at warehouses.
  • Information about orders ready for delivery.
  • Information about orders already delivered to customers.
  • Statistical and quantitative information on the various staff
    members (order receivers, deliverymen, etc.)

Transmitting orders from the call center to the
warehouses/branches

The order will be automatically transmitted to the appropriate
branch shortly after it is received by the call center. When the order
is received by the branch, an automatic production order will be
issued to the manufactures .

Transmitting orders to the appropriate branch

The call center software features tables of cities, streets, delivery
areas and branches. While interacting with the customer, the
system determines the branch and delivery area closest to the
customer, and the destination (branch) for transmitting the order.
